1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
2. Cancellation and Refund
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure date. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
3. Changes and Modifications
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability or pricing. Modifications made within 24 hours of departure may be subject to additional fees.
4. Liability and Responsibility
MY Holidays Planner is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any third party or act of nature. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able to participate in the activities included in your itinerary. We reserve the right to deny participation to any individual who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who poses a danger to themselves or others.
